Visited the Butterfly house at Cumberland House, Natural History Museum in Southsea on Wednesday morning and managed to these two shots using my Olympus OM-1 with the 40-150mm f2.8 Pro lens handheld, of a couple of butterflies.

My photo of the week was shot whilst on a walk from the Ship Inn at Langstone to Emsworth and back via the Langstone Mill Pond where I managed to get this image of a Shelduck using my Olympus OM-1 with the 150-600mm f6.3 Tele zoom at 600mm handheld.

Week 12 - My photos of the week

A couple photos of the week, from our trip on a narrow boat from Bradford-on-Avon wharf to Bath upper lock basin and back, along the Kennet and Avon canal last week. All images shot with my OMD OM-3 with either the 12-40mm or 40-150mm f2.8 Pro lens, 1st image of a Heron in the early morning sun with the 40-150mm plus a 1.4x Convert handheld, 2nd image sunsetting over Bath with the 12-40 mm shot from the canal towpath handheld, the 3rd image a night shot of Pulteney Bridge and weir on the River Avon at Bath, with the 12-40mm lens on a tripod.

Week 11 - My photos of the week

This week three black & white 35mm film images shot at the end of 2024 with my Olympus 35RC and the OM-4Ti, all with ilford HP4 plus film developed locally. The negatives where scanned using my OMD OM-3 digital camera at home and processed in Lightroom, the first two images with the 35RC at Emsworth and Charles Dickens house in Portsmouth, and the last with the OM-4Ti at Winchester.
